Ingredients:

- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground anise
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the toasted flour, ground sesame seeds, and almonds.
- Add cinnamon, anise, and salt.
- Slowly stir in melted butter and honey until the mixture forms a paste.
- Shape into small pieces or serve as a crumble with mint tea.
